施膠度測量套裝

◆ 儀器用途：
本套裝是根據(jù)GB-T 460-2002 紙施膠度的測定（墨水劃線法）要求而設(shè)計的專門用于紙和紙板施膠度測定工具。

◆ 用具
劃線器（鴨嘴筆）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)墨水、透明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寬度片、玻璃平板。

◆ 測量方法
① 按GB/T 450要求，切取150mm*150mm的試樣，標(biāo)明正反面。每面紙至少需要3個試樣。戴手套操作，避免直接用手接觸測試面。
② 調(diào)整劃線器的寬度，使之與要測試的紙對應(yīng)。如40-50克紙為0.50毫米，60克紙為0.75毫米。并注滿標(biāo)準(zhǔn)墨水。
③ 把試樣平鋪于玻璃板上，把劃線器與玻璃板呈45°角，迅速輕劃一直線，（在一秒鐘內(nèi)應(yīng)該劃10厘米以上）。
④ 如果墨水不擴(kuò)散不滲透，需不斷調(diào)整（增加）筆的寬度劃線，直至發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透。如果出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散或滲透，需不斷調(diào)整（減少）筆的寬度劃線，直至不發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透。
⑤ 把試樣自然風(fēng)干后，用透明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寬度片進(jìn)行比較（試樣頭、尾各1.5cm不要），每面不發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透的線條zui大寬度即是紙的施膠度。

參考數(shù)據(jù)：凸版印刷用紙的施膠度約為0.25毫米，膠版印刷用紙的施膠度為0.75毫米。一般食品包裝紙40-50克的施膠度為0.50毫米，60克的為0.75毫米。
